Prince George
The Prince George Sled Dog Club has a 4, 6, and 10 mile loop trail system about 20 km east of Prince George, located just off the highway.

The trails are open all winter for running dogs and will be groomed regularly. These trails would be an excellent place to stop and run dogs for people heading north to Alaska. The trails are 10-12 ft wide and have rolling hills through a spruce forest. Mushers should not encounter any snowmobilers as is it is closed to snowmobiling, except for trail grooming.
