Ami Gjeston's Truck Ami Gjestson - "Route Mushmore"
This is a photo taken while traveling back to Montana after handling at the '96 Beargrease. I titled it "Route Mushmore".
Newman Truck

Helen and Bob Newman, Prairie Isle, North Dakota
Here's a photo from last fall, after Bob finished our dog box. We are able to haul 2 Malamutes and 6 Sams easily.

Gail & Phil Hoekman Truck Gail & Phil Hoekman's Truck
Phil built this box about 8 years ago out of mdo board.
It has seen a lot of miles & races all over the state of Alaska
Todd & Anne Capistrant's Truck Todd & Anne Capistrant, Emerald, Wisconsin
Our box is mounted on an aluminum flatbed and made of signboard (MDO plywood). It holds 24 dogs and has a center aisle for gear. The dog boxes come out, essentially leaving us a big topper to haul things when the dogs stay home. The best thing we did was add the 4 aluminum tool boxes under the flatbed. We can put everything for traveling with dogs in them. It makes the drive to Alaska much easier.
Steve Madsen Truck Steve Madsen,
Cascade Sled Dog Adventures
Toutle, Washington
Ann & Al Stead Truck Ann & Al Stead, Duluth, MN
Holds 32 dogs (8 doubled); 1/2" plastic doors with stainless edges and hardware; plenty of storage in the back; "pretty" wood flatbed.
