Oldest living relative to Alec "Scotty" Allan
visits the Cairngorm Sleddog Centre in Scotland

Yesterday the oldest living relative to Alec "Scotty" Allan visited my Sleddog Centre here in the highland of Scotland, at the foot of the Cairngorm mountain range.

The Cairngorm Sleddog Centre is the only sleddog centre in the UK ,and houses the only sleddog museum in Europe. The centre is dedicated to Alec Scotty Allan.

Lewis Allan, his nephew 88 years old, spent the afternoon in the dog yard and enjoyed the museum. Alan who's son, John, was in the USA this winter racing Doug Swingley's dogs (Wyoming Open & Iditarod)...hand carried a personal letter to the museum in Nome, plus gave two slide show/talks on the life & times of Alec Scotty Allan.
