There are sled dogs in Tok, Alaska desperately needing a home. Their owner died and the dogs are being cared for by the local school children under the eye of a local teacher.
The children have weighed the dogs, looked at their teeth and are taking care of them every day. Please contact rnoonanagre@gmail.com if you are interested (that is “r”noon…….. in the address).
We could get a ride for these dogs to Fairbanks but I’m trying to keep them out of the local shelter as there are so many huskies there now, that this amount of dogs would overwhelm the system.
These dogs all have great bloodlines but will need some TLC.
The teacher did a great job on the pictures and the write ups (her words not mine! I haven’t met any of the dogs).
