COVID is at it again in 2021...
But thankfully with everyone in Victoria pulling together the situation in our state is improving, restrictions are easing and we will be able to host our event.
That's right folks, the Goldseekers 20th Anniversary Race is ON!
We know that there is only 10 days to get your entries in but we hope that by waiting until restrictions eased to announce that the race is on would give everyone confidence that it is safe to hold our event. And with everyone, especially in Victoria, super keen to hit the tracks with our pups that we will hopefully still get a great turn out for the event.

As voted by us and many attendees - we've got those! They are windy and undulating with plenty of corners, surrounded by eucalypti and small shrubs - your dogs will not get bored on these tracks and neither will you.

Family Friendly Event
At Goldseekers, we cater for the children and the child in all of us! Campsite games and activities (subject to current Covid-19 restrictions) on Saturday afternoon catering for young and old with prizes galore. Not to mention the 'velodrome' pee wee track so everyone can cheer the little ones on as they loop around the campsite, not once, but twice.

A Raffle like no other...
Imagine getting to decide what you'd like to win! Each of our major items have their own individual raffle ticket buckets so you choose if you are putting all your 'eggs' in one bucket or hedging your bets on the multitude of fabulous items. Or put you tickets in the lucky dip table tub where who knows what you'll end up with! Either way, it's a great way to support the club and come away with some great prizes.

State of Origin
Proudly represent your home state and inject a little friendly team competitiveness into what is typically a 'solo' competitor sport - help your state win that SHEEP STATION!

Covid-19 restrictions may prevent interstate travel this year making it difficult to host our annual dual with the South Australians...this means Victorian's have no excuses in taking this one out so come along and represent anyway!

COVIDSafe Race
We will be taking measures to improve the sanitation and personal safety at the race and we encourage everyone attending to do the same. We will have hand sanitiser for everyone to use in public spaces such as the toilets, admin tent and start chute. We also encourage people to stay 1.5 metres away from those not in their camping group. And to follow the current advice of the Department of Health with regards to masks. There will also be a mandatory QR Code Check-in at the event which will be using the Victorian Government's QR tracing service. Unfortunately due to the extra measures we are taking to create a COVIDSafe event, we will be unable to host our traditional annual Pot Luck dinner on Saturday night.
