The Globalwarming101 Expedition arrived in Clyde River, Nunavut April 13, 2007. The 8-member expedition team has traveled with 4 dog teams from Iqaliut to Clyde River on Baffin Island starting February 24, 2007.

Dog team drivers include Minnesota's John Stetson and Baffin natives Lukie Airut and Simon Qamaniq. The team has been staying a week to ten days in each community along the the route to interview and document Inuit elders' perspectives of global warming?

The final leg of the expedition from Clyde River to Igloolik begins April 26, 2007. The team will be accompanied by a documentary film team in addition to guest team members Richard Branson, Sam Branson and noted mountaineer Ed Viesturs.

The team expects to finish the expedition portion of the project around May 10, while legislative and education efforts will be ongoing.
