Payment by Visa or MasterCard through our secure server provides the fastest processing of your purchase. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

You may also pay by money order or check in U.S. Dollars only. Make your check payable to Sled Dog Central and mail to: 2850 275th St., Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin 54024, USA. We reserve the right to hold your order until check clearance is guaranteed.

Most orders will ship within two to three business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Wherever possible, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority. International Orders over 4 pounds or to countries not served by Global Priority will be shipped via Air Parcel Post.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Sales tax will automatically be charged on orders to be delivered to addresses within Wisconsin. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of shipment. Simply e-mail sales@sleddogcentral.com  Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
