The spirit of a fun run took over for the few who did not cancel and there were no timed results.
Conditions:
Saturday was 45F and overcast with heavy fog. The groomed Haul Rd trail was
four inches deep with slightly wet snow. The last stretch of the 4 mile loop on
the heavily worn snowmobile trail was protected by a northern exposure, it was
dry, control was excellent, the base was very thin. The snow on the sides of the
trails was ten inches deep.
Sunday was cancelled due to heavy rains forecasted for Saturday night and higher temperatures on Sunday.
