Despite the cancelation of the official sled dog races, canine activities at Warren County Winterfest 2012 still took place this past weekend at Chapman State Park.

The Jim Lobdell Memorial Sled Dog Races at Winterfest 2012 were officially canceled due to trail conditions. This didn't stop dog teams from participating in non-competitive exhibition runs. The canine weight pull teams staged their official competition without any problems.
