Conditions:
The race couldn't
have been much better with near perfect conditions for sled dog racing.
With six inches of fresh, new snow the day before and throughout the races, the race trail
was the best
we have ever presented to race participants.
The temperature hovered around the -18 C mark for Saturday and slightly colder on Sunday.
A surprising number of spectators braved the cold to enjoy the races.
