Saturday:Temp was 36F. Trail was extremely soft and got worse the further back in
the field you started.
Weather calls for 6 to 10 inches of new snow tonight with temps above freezing.
Sunday: First day the trail was extremely soft, day 2 there was 10 inches of new wet heavy snow. The Mentasta crew worked all night and it showed. Day 2 was as exciting as Day1 as every one can tell by the times
