Conditions:
32 teams braved temps in the teens with a stiff wind and a wind chill near zero for the once a year opportunity to skijor on a beautifully groomed 20-foot-wide wide Nordic trail at Phalen Golf Course in St Paul. This trail winds through the scenic golf course over numerous gentle hills and a couple of bigger ones including a challenging down-hill with a quick haw! Please note: Phalen was made available ONLY for this event. Skijoring is not welcome at any other time. That's what makes this event so special!
At least 12 people enjoyed skijoring for the first time ever at this even. Congratulations!
