Snowflake Timing
Conditions:
Fun was had by all skijoring at the first annual Snowflake International Skijoring Classic. Temps were in the single digits both days and Sunday saw a very fast, firm packed trail.
A Black River Sleds dogsled was given away by random draw (won by Brie Medin) as well as a Skijor Now skijor package (won by Kimberly Phillippi). Zuke's Power Bones were also awarded to the top finishers as well as Toko wax via random draw.
Timing and grooming was expertly done by seasoned Snowflake volunteers well versed in running ski races on the beautiful rolling, wooded Snowflake course.
Thanks to Dave Johnson at Snowflake and all the volunteers for a wonderful weekend. See you next year!
