2000 ISDRA Open Class Silver Medallist Neal Johnson took a wrong turn out of his driveway and found himself in Laconia instead of Anchorage.

Good thing too! With the cancellation of the Fur Rendezvous, Neal made the right move and cruised to a seemingly effortless win, besting his nearest competitor by over 5 minutes.

New England showed off its well known variable climate.
Conditions ranged from a steamy 44 degrees with soft wet trails to a blazing fast trail on Sunday with temperatures in the single digits and winds gusting to 35 mph.

In the six-dog class, Rainer Wischinski took command early on and easily defeated the rest of the pack, putting in a blazing 21.7 mph run on Sunday.
