Conditions:
Thirteen mushers braved subzero windchill on Sunday to compete in the annual K-300 50 Mile
Classic. The 50 mile, 8 dog, race ran north out of Bethel and returned to the finish
line at Hanger Lake. Myron Angstman, running his first race in "quite a few
years" won the event.
